Andrew Pilcher has over 24 years of quantity surveying experience. During his career he has built up a wide and varied client base in the public and private housing, commercial and leisure sectors of industry, specialising in refurbishment and alteration works relating to social housing and listed buildings.

Andrew has a sound knowledge of partnering arrangements and other forms of procurement through working alongside consultants and contractors. This insight greatly assists with providing advice on tender procurement and contractor selection and provides an advantage in dealing with cost and contract issues arising during construction projects.

Andrew commenced his career in 1983 as a trainee surveyor with Cooper & Wood progressing to partner status in 2000. Andrew has been a Director at PierceHill since the practice’s merger with Cooper & Wood in April 2003.

He is married with one son and one daughter.
