Malcolm has over 35 years of quantity surveying experience. His knowledge and expertise embraces refurbishment, new build, fit out, system build and civil engineering works on projects of all sizes, including multi-million pound schemes within the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

Malcolm has strong links within the private sector, working for developers, commercial and industrial organisations as well as private individuals. His experience translates into a familiarity with the requirements of dealing with committees and boards of major corporations.

Malcolm has lectured part-time at the South Bank University and Kingston University on quantity surveying and construction contracts. He is married with two daughters.
