PierceHill is a member of Constructionline,
the UK's largest register of pre-qualified local and
national construction and construction-related contractors
and consultants. Owned and endorsed by the DTI, Constructionline
is a contributor to the Rethinking Construction initiative.
Constructionline gathers and assesses pre-qualification
information on behalf of public and private sector procurers
and provides them with access to fully accredited suppliers. |

PierceHill encourages its staff to seek
professional qualifications and is proud that all technical
staff are either qualified or actively engaged in securing
their status as chartered surveyors. Currently, 60%
of our technical staff are chartered surveyors, 20%
have successfully completed their degrees and are studying
for their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence
(APC), whilst the remainder are all engaged in the
preliminary stages of RICS-approved courses ultimately
leading to chartered surveyor status. We are delighted
that all staff that have taken the APC under our guidance
have passed at their first attempt. |
