PierceHill has worked at Kingston Hospital for many years. We have been involved in projects totalling more than £6m in contract value, including a new build oncology day building (£3.4m), the formation of satellite kitchens to wards (£450k), maternity ward alterations (£450k), the refurbishment of shower and bathrooms to Esher Wing (£500k), external refurbishment of the Outpatients Department (£250k), conversion of the staff nursery to a GUM Unit (£900k) and alterations to the receipt and distribution centre (£500k).

NHS Direct/Community Health South London NHS Trust
NHS Direct Call Centre, Beckenham, Kent

Pierce Hill was engaged by NHS Direct at an early stage to assist in the evaluation of potential sites for a new call centre including areas within other NHS properties or other private sector buildings.  Various cost exercises were undertaken to assist with the selection of the most appropriate building to house the new call centre. Designed by architect Nightingale Associates, the refurbishment and conversion of the selected commercial offices was completed on time and within budget.
