Privately-owned development and investment company O&H Properties has appointed PierceHill to provide quantity surveying services for the prestigious re-development of Lygon Place in Belgravia, one of London's most exclusive residential districts. The £25 million project, which will run over a two year period, involves the complete refurbishment of eight Grade II listed terraced houses and three mews houses with extensions at basement and roof levels. A new underground car park will be provided for 15 cars beneath the existing rear gardens.

PierceHill was appointed contract administrator and quantity surveyor for this prestigious new build development by Gleeson Homes in the centre of Crawley. The development comprised 56 residential units over retail space at ground floor level. The main contractor for the works was Chorus Group.

Regency House Hotel, Brighton, Sussex

PierceHill was appointed cost consultant for the refurbishment of the Grade 2* listed Regency House building for tenants with alcohol and drug dependency. The project, designed by architects DRP, was carried out in two phases and demanded tight cost control and appreciation of site difficulties. We liaised closely with Customs & Excise to achieve VAT reductions for Listed Building approved alterations and improvements to the building’s thermal performance.

PierceHill worked as Employers’ Agent and bank monitoring surveyors for this new ‘design and build’ development of private residential units and office space at ground and basement levels on a tight site in a narrow street in Clerkenwell, London. The client's standards of finish resulted in single bedroom units selling at prices in excess of £500,000.
