Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on both the professional and contracting sides of the industry and has been involved in a wide range of refurbishment, new build, fit out, system build and civil engineering schemes. 

Stephen enjoys close working relationships with developers, commercial and industrial organisations, charities, local authorities, health trusts and numerous private individuals. The diversity of his client base means he has a detailed knowledge of the workings of different organisations and understands differing perspectives and priorities. This understanding is an integral part of his approach to assisting the design team deliver successful projects.

Stephen has represented employers and contractors in dispute resolution and has extensive experience of claims, arbitration, adjudication, expert witness and liaison with legal professionals.

He is married with two daughters.
